The RIBCOR series is all about having a stick that is easier to load and more efficient at generating power for your shot. The quick release of the stick comes from the low kick point, while still providing excellent control and accuracy from the optimized Ascent blade.
CCM engineers took the use of ribs to the next level with PopMatrix technology. PopMatrix consists of carbon fibers which are permanently in tension due to the unique geometry through the taper of the shaft. Instead of using multiple smaller ribs that were featured on the Ribcor 40K, CCM used a single concave rib on the Reckoner. This means that less effort is required to load the fibers of the shaft because they are already preloaded which results in a load, release, and feel unlike any other on the market. The performance fibers that are in the rib are protected by the outer layer composed of protective fibers.
The Reckoner uses high quality carbon fiber throughout the entirety of the stick. The orientation of the fibers creates the High Power Taper Ratio, which means that it has a stiffer top and bottom in relation to the front and back of the shaft, resulting in less twisting on shots and more direct power transfer. The senior shaft uses a Traditional geometry with square-corners.
For even more durability, Technora Aramid Fiber makes its return in the Reckoner to reinforce the shaft. Technora is a patented, synthetic fiber that has been trusted and used in the automotive and aerospace industries for years. The same material used in parachutes, body armor, and jet engines now reinforces the shaft of the Reckoner, resulting in a new level of durability and ensuring the pop game in and game out.
Moving down to the blade, a new Ascent blade is not only lighter than its predecessor the SXX2 blade, but has also been optimized to provide great feel due to its softer heel and a quick release due to the constant increase in stiffness from the heel to the toe of the blade.

Stick is unreal but real cheaply made snapped the blade in half and seems like every ribcore breaks there for me besides that super responsive and great stick in generalReview by Gb33 (Posted on 2/18/2017)
I used the original Reebok Ribcor and was impressed. Then I moved on to the Superfast and Ultra Tacks. I never had the chance to use the previous CCM Ribcor, but I can tell you this stick really has improved more so than the original Reebok Ribcor. Albeit a very familiar feel, the puck feel is great, its very lively and the new design still provides that impressive pop on quick wrist shots and snappers. I am still adjusting to the P46 curve, coming from the P19. A little more toe curve, but is still a beast. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a stick for quick wrist and snapshots. Slapshots are ok, but if you want power behind your shot, definitely go with the Ultra Tacks. CCM has really improved their stuff over the last couple of years. Money well spent.Review by Deez Pucks (Posted on 7/24/2016)
had 2 of these now both haven't lasted more then two weeks thought it was bad luck with the first one but after the second one breaking and seeing my friends break them in the lower shaft it proves its not a durable stick but other then that has unreal pop light blade unreal feel but lacks durabilityReview by dalton (Posted on 7/24/2016)

Reebok-CCM Hockey ("Reebok-CCM") seeks to produce sticks of the highest quality, performance and durability and achieve the lowest return rate in the industry. As such, Reebok-CCM composite one piece player and goalie sticks and shafts are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from date of purchase by consumer.
This limited warranty applies to one piece composite hockey player and goalie sticks and shafts that meet the specific Warranty Replacement Conditions detailed below, and is provided only to the original purchaser. This warranty is a one-time replacement, and does not cover sticks or shafts that were previously provided as a warranty replacement. This warranty does not apply to composite or wood stick blades, wood player or goalie sticks or Professional, Junior and College team sales.
All warranty returns are accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number from Reebok-CCM. All warranty returns must be received by Reebok-CCM within 14 days of issuance of the Reebok-CCM RA number. The request for replacement of the stick or shaft is made within 30 days of purchase of the stick or shaft by the consumer, as evidenced by an original receipt.
The consumer ships the full stick to Reebok-CCM and provides the original receipt for that stick or shaft from an authorized Reebok-CCM retailer. The receipt must include the authentic stick or shaft serial number sticker affixed to the receipt, and the serial number must match the serial number of the stick or shaft being returned. You may make a clean cut on the stick, away from the break, for shipping.
The breakage is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, and determined by Reebok-CCM to not be the result of abuse or any of the following actions:
