endeavors to produce sticks of the highest quality, performance and durability. As such, The Hockey Company composite one piece sticks and shafts are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from
the date of purchase by consumer. This warranty does not apply to Composite Goalie sticks, blades and to Pro, Junior, or College team sales. The
Hockey Company will replace a composite one piece stick or shaft if we determine
upon inspection of the product and upon receiving the original sales receipt
with the return coupon, that the breakage is a result of a manufacturing defect.
