At HockeyMonkey.com we have the largest selection
of hockey equipment
and best pricing in the industry. If for some reason you've found an advertised
price from one of our specified internet competitors, that is lower
than any identical product currently in stock that we sell on HockeyMonkey.com
(even if it is only a $.01) - we'll beat their advertised price by 10%! This
policy does not extend to orders with coupons, products that are covered by a manufacturer's Minimum
Advertised Price policy, or purchases at our retail stores. Requests for Price Matching must be made at the time an
order is placed using the method described below; requests for Price Matches
over the phone will not be honored. Requests for Price Matching must be made for
the identical in-stock product (this includes, but is not limited to: size, width, color,
pattern, etc.). To apply for a price
adjustment, please follow these three easy steps:1) Add the products that
you would like to price match to your shopping cart
2) Enclose the competitor's product page address (URL) and the price in the
comments box of your order (see example below)
3) Fill out the order form and submit your order!
 We will verify the price and modify your order if
all conditions are satisfied. If the price match is denied, we will contact you for further instruction.

and adopted a simple, two tiered shipping structure on all UPS Ground orders.

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return the item within 150 days from the original date or purchase. Items that
are returned within 14 days of receipt will not incur a restocking. Items that
are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all
original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be the new condition and
included with the return. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these
criteria prior to proceeding. Some restrictions may apply.
Items not eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
- Sharpened Skates - Do not sharpen skates until you are certain they fit
correctly
- Jocks and Undergarments - Due to the personal nature of the product and hygiene
- Special Orders, Custom Orders, Team Orders or other Special Accommodations
- Customized Products
- Clearance Items
- Blemished Items
- Mystery Products
Refunds:
We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is
returned to HockeyMonkey within 14 days of delivery; after this all other
returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy
for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. The customer is
responsible for the actual price of shipping even it the shipping was free or
discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount
originally charged for shipping.
Example: If a customer ordered a
protective equipment combo that included free ground shipping for
$279.99 and chooses to return the entire combo after 14 days, the
customer would be responsible for a restocking fee of 10% ($27.99) and the
base ground shipping charge of $14.99, resulting in a refund of $237.01.
If the customer returned the equipment within 14 days of receipt, only a
shipping charge of $14.99 would be deducted from the refund.
