1) What phone number should I call?

2) Why can't I order Easton Equipment?

Per Easton's international shipping policy, we are unable to export Easton's product outside of the United States.

 
3) How do I setup a wire transfer?

To place an order with payment through a wire transfer, please place your order by phone, fax or email. Once all items have been reserved and order number is generated, you will be notified and provided the necessary details to complete the wire transfer with your bank.

 
4) What is my Shipping Cost for International Delivery?

Hockeymonkey.com ships worldwide. When placing an order online, you can enter your shipping address, select you shipping method and proceed to the billing page. The shipping costs will be provided on the billing information screen before you have to end any payment information.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of home country on all international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This is amount due is the duties and/or customs brokerage fee, this is not a shipping charge. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges. We are unable to mark orders as “Gift” or otherwise.

5) I'm a first time international customer. What do I need to know before I place my order?

We will try to verify your billing details with the card issuer. This will eliminate the need for a wire transfer, if the issuer will provide the verification needed. To speed this process up, please provide your card issuer’s customer service phone number in the comments section of your order form.

If possible, an American Express Card is the quickest & most recommended payment method for your order. However; if this is not feasible, we can accept a wire transfer as payment. Please call or email customer service regarding wire transfer details.

Lastly, please be advised Easton will not allow us to export their items outside of the US.

 
6) I'm visiting the US & will be staying in a hotel, can I have my order deliveryed to my Hotel?

We can send to your hotel; however we will need to know the Name, Address & Phone number of the Hotel, as well as the Name the reservation will be placed under & time of arrival. This way we can verify the reservation with the Hotel. Also, you would need to be sure & include your full billing address so we can confirm the card details with the card issuer. As long as all details can be confirmed, we should be able to send an order to a Hotel. Should there be any delay with the verification process, you will be notified via phone or email.
