1) What is returnable and not returnable?

Products that are in new & unused condition (must have original packaging & tags) and be sent back for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns of Clearance/Closeout items, Jocks, Undergarments, Sharpened or Heat Molded Skates or custom orders.

 
2) How long do I have to return a product?
30 Days from the date or purchase.
 
3) How do I return a broken stick?
Most Major Manufacturers provide Warranty services directly. For a reference guide of manufacturers warranty information with web links and phone numbers regarding composite sticks and shafts, please Click Here. In order for the manufacturer to process your warranty, please have your sales receipt ready.
 
4) How do I return/exchange a product?

Please call 1.888.286.6169 so we may set up the return/exchange process and issue a Return Authorization Number. Packages without an authorized Return Authorization Number will be refused.

For returns or exchanges, you will also need to complete a Return Merchandise Authorization form.

 
5) Is there a restocking fee?

Items sent back for a refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If your order was sent under a free shipping promo, the shipping charge will also be deducted from your refund.

Otherwise we can offer store credit for the item return. Store Credit does not expire & you can apply it to a future Hockeymonkey.com purchase.

 
6) Can I return a custom product?

Unfortunately, items that are custom made are not eligible for a return/exchange.

 
7) Can I return the product that I bought online at the store?

Orders sent from the warehouse must be sent back to the warehouse. Likewise, items purchased or picked up at the store will need to be returned to the Store.
