When an order is received, and there is a different
shipping address that differs from the billing address, it is subject to
a verification process to ensure the order and card’s validity. This
process may delay the order up to seven days, however if there is a
delay, the card holder will be notified via phone or email as soon as a
delay is apparent. If the order is shipped “Ground,” transit time is
typically 3 – 7 business days until the shipment reaches its
destination. Also, while we can estimate the order’s arrival, Ground
orders are not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date. Again, If there
is any difficulty processing your order, you will be contacted by phone
