    Great Pants!

Great pants! Excellent protection! A little thick but it will protect everything these pants cover. Fits great! Easy drying!

    Oh Canada!

Been out of hockey since the late 90s - play in a beer league and pick up currently. When I recently started playing again and buying some new gear I noticed that most of the stuff I was getting was manufactured overseas, could't believe it. This is not to say products (hockey gear) made in places other than North America are inherently inferior, I just believed that one group of products that would never be made anywhere but North America or Europe would be hockey gear - wishful thinking I suppose. When I received these pants from HM it was really nice to see made in Canada printed on the tags. The pants are well made and have a nice overall appearance and finish - very nice quality. I personally feel they run a bit wider in the hips than my CCM pro tack pants or Reebok 7Ks. However this allows for some great mobility. They are priced right here at HM [...] very satisfied.

    great price

I have had a few pair of hockey pants over the years an these pants are made so so good compaired to my other pants. The protection you get is amazing.

I am a not a big fan of these pants. I think they are a little bulky compaired to others I have worn. I feel protected but I feel like I give up flexibility with them.

Review by cakie (Posted on 7/24/2016)

This price is unbeatable for a pro style product. These pants are fairly lightweight and VERY protective. I just got mine in today and have yet to play in them, but as long as they break in they will be by far the best pants I've owned in 20yrs of hockey.

    A Steal at [$]!

Over my 35-plus year hockey "career" (which included NCAA College play), I have worn few brands of hockey pants which performed any better, overall. These Graf pants remind me most of the Tacklas and Torspo's that I wore in the late '80's and early '90'(both notorious brands for durability and protection, while optimizing functionality). The Grafs are only slightly heavier than the Reebok 11K pants, for which I paid 3-times the money. The Reebok pants have slightly heavier leg zippers, but the tailbone protection is better in the Grafs. These pants are about par on the heavy-denier nylon (the Grafs may just edge the Reeboks here), and about the same with fit, range of motion and protection otherwise. I was tempted buy these based on the price and my prior experience with some of the old Swiss Graf products (...loved my TopLight 703's and 707's). It's nice to have pants to match various team jerseys--For [$], and with this quality, I may buy more...

    Great pants!!!!

Just got these a few weeks ago and have been using them for stick times. Fit perfect, and the price is great for new comers.

Review by Axeman (Posted on 7/24/2016)

I see kids rocking these tight hockey pants thinking there skinny jeans or something so i went with these GRAFs. Love them couldnt be better. Made in Canada which is a plus have a great fit and arnt hugging your legs the hole time like a lot of the other pants out there.

    Too heavy!!!

    too heavy, too bulky

    Weird material for hockey pants

Strange material for the outer shell. Almost like canvas. Big dumpy butt region makes them look kind of goofy on.

Review by B. Ender (Posted on 7/24/2016)
    Made the right choice

Snug at waist but still plenty of room in hips for free movement. "True Blue" was great color match to boot

Lots of protection but a bit bulky

I play recreationally and although this a high quality product it is a little more than I need. I would recommend this for a competitive player looking for lots of protection. You will sacrifice a little mobility.

Review by Buck (Posted on 7/24/2016)
    They run small

I like the materials. A little heavy. They run too small around the hips and waste compared to Bauer and CCM. Some of the stiching was coming apart which was surprising. Good protection. Good leg room allowing sense of freedom. Can't beat the price but I would say no comparison to the Bauer X60. I would recommend this pant as a back up pair.

BUY THESE PADS!!! For the price I may get these in EVERY color. These pants fit just like my canadian made Tackla pro 5000's (not to be confused with the 5000x) Fact is, you can not get canadian made Tacklas in the US anymore and good luck getting eagles for a decent price. These pads are canadian made awesomness!!!

    Sizing is off

These pants seem like the protection would be good although I never played in them. I had to send these back because the sizes are strange. I am 5'11" and 180lbs with a 33.5" waist so I ordered the large(52)... The pants fit in the waist but I absolutely swam in these pants. I should have probably went with the 50 or the 48... The 52's went well past my knees.

    Great oldschool pants!

Been playing for the past 15 years, have owned many top brand models and have to say that these are my all time favorites that I've worn, and still wear. They fit high and snug on the waist (like hockey pants should really be worn and fitted), all the mobility you want without sacrificing protection. They are light and dry out quickly, honestly a real steal for that price. Don't miss out on these while quantities last... Get them!!!

Review by Habs Guy (Posted on 7/24/2016)
    Great For Any Level

Got these because they looked like a great deal and the pants I had been using were very cheap plus Penguins colors(Go Caps!). When they first came I put them on to make sure they fit and thought they were way too bulky and that I'd look ridiculous in them, but when I put on everything else with them I realized they were fine.

Protection is great whether you're getting knocked on your butt or getting hit with slapshots, they've lasted very well, they don't limit mobility or feel heavy. With them being even cheaper now than when I got them, I'm actually considering ordering some other colors.

If you're used to very cheap entry level pants, these will feel very bulky at first, but feel and look completely fine when worn along with a full set of hockey gear. It won't take you long at all to get used to them, and you'll love them.
