CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD:
 Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count
 towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival date will be the following
 Tuesday.)

 Please be advised that Orders with Different Bill to and Ship to Addresses, Card Holder Name Different than
 Name on Order, or other issues may be subject to delays due to our strict verification process.

 SHIPPING TO PO BOXES
 UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the
 original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the
 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

  SHIPPING TO CANADA  
 UPS Customs Brokerage provides customs clearance for shipments entering Canada, including all other
 modes of transportation such as truck, rail, air and ocean freight. Enjoy the low UPS rates for customs
 clearance on all your imports by simply telling your carrier that UPS is your Customs Broker.

 To save even more, ship your urgent imports by UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited services and routine
 entry preparation will be provided at no additional charge when UPS is designated as the Customs Broker.
 Additional charges may apply for complex customs clearance procedures.

 provided in advance by the customer and UPS pays the duties and taxes on the importer's behalf,
 a fee of  2.7% (minimum $5.85) of the amount advanced by UPS will be charged in addition to the

 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
 STEP 1. Please call 1 888 286 6169 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will NOT accept any returns without an Return Authorization Number. IMPORTANT: All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused!

 STEP 2. Fill out a Return & Exchange Form, please Click Here to print out the form.

 STEP 3. Return the item with its original packaging to:

 Please do not attach or tape any Shipping Label Directly on a Skate Box or Shoe Box. Doing so will result in
 the exchange being denied. Please do not use a Skate Box or Shoe Box as your shipping box. Doing so will
 result in the exchange being denied. At HockeyMonkey.com® we do not sell used merchandise and we would
 not want to give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used packaging.

 EXCHANGES: We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore,
 HockeyMonkey.com® will gladly exchange any products purchased from our site. Please contact us for
 return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions!

 REFUNDS: Refund returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping.
 That the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer regardless of whether the original
 shipping was free. (i.e. customer orders a skate for $150 with free shipping...the customer will receive a
 refund of $150 minus the 15%, minus cost of original shipping). We will process your refund within 7 days of
 receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit statement.

 EXPRESS EXCHANGE: Express service is available for a $5 fee. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a
 new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new
 item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges) and the $5 fee; then, when the original item is
 received, we will refund you the full price of the original item. There are several costs to us for doing this...thus
 the $5 fee.

 CLEARANCE/CLOSEOUT ITEMS: Clearance or Closeout items can NOT be returned or exchanged, and all sales
 are FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 All products sold by HockeyMonkey.com® are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory
 warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items seemed damaged or used please report this to us
 immediately. NO returns will be accepted of used items! Please, when trying skates on, only wear them indoors
 on carpet.

 All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.
