selection and best pricing in the industry. If for some reason you've found an
advertised price from one of our specified competitors, that is lower
than any identical product currently in stock that we sell on Hockeymonkey.com (even if it is only a
$.01) - we'll beat their advertised price by 10%! This policy does not extend to
orders with coupons or products that are covered by a manufacturer's Minimum
Advertised Price policy. Requests for Price Matching must be made at the time an
order is placed using the method described below; requests for Price Matches
over the phone will not be honored. Requests for Price Matching must be made for
the identical product (this includes, but is not limited to: size, width, color,
pattern, etc.).To apply for a price
adjustment, please follow these three easy steps:1) Add the products that
you would like to price match to your shopping cart

Choosing A Shipping Method:
Delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count towards the delivery time. (i.e. if we ship on Friday a 2nd day air package, the arrival date will be the following Tuesday.)

The HockeyMonkey.com Warehouse is located in Southern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly GROUND SHIPPING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. If you absolutely need it by a certain day then choose one of the air services.
The above charges are per shipping box. For larger orders we will e-mail you a shipping quote.
Air Orders:
All AIR orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call us). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
Pickups:
Orders leaving HockeyMonkey.comŽ are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes:
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 10% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
Address Changes:
Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order; a fee of $15 per package will be assessed for each address change once the order has left our Warehouse.
Shipping To Canada
:
Avoid Brokerage fees by selecting USPS Priority to Canada as
your shipping method. USPS Priority to Canada is often the most efficient
shipping method to Canada.
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your
purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return the item within 150 days from the original date or purchase. Items that
are returned within 14 days of receipt will not incur a restocking. Items that
are being returned must be in new and unused condition. Additionally all
original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be the new condition and
included with the return. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these
criteria prior to proceeding. If you purchase multiple sizes of the same product (i.e. skates), you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee even if it is returned within 14 days of receipt. Some restrictions may apply.
Items not eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
- Sharpened Skates - Do not sharpen skates until you are certain they fit
correctly

How To
Return An Item:
Step 1:
Please call 1 888 286 6169 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We
will NOT accept any returns without an Return Authorization Number.
IMPORTANT: All Packages without an Authorized Return Number will be refused! A Return Authorization Number expires 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Return Authorizations will be REFUSED and RETURNED. We will be more than happy to issue another Return Authorization number as long as the product is within the return window. Simply call our Custom Service department to obtain another number.

Label Directly on a Skate Box or Shoe Box. Doing so will result in the
exchange being denied. Please do not use a Skate Box or Shoe Box as your
shipping box. Doing so will result in the exchange being denied. At
HockeyMonkey.comŽ we do not sell used merchandise and we would not want to
give other customers the impression that we do by the sight of used
packaging.
We Will Not Accept Returns
With Shipping Labels Attached Directly To Product Packaging:
Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the
first time, therefore, HockeyMonkey.comŽ will gladly exchange any products
purchased from our site. Please contact us for return/exchange information.
Customer must pay for shipping both directions!
Refunds:
We will waive the restocking fee if an eligible product is
returned within 14 days of delivery; after this all other
returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please view our Return Policy
for a list of what is considered ineligible for Return. The customer is
responsible for the actual price of shipping even it the shipping was free or
discounted. In some cases the actual price of shipping may exceed the amount
originally charged for shipping. Refunds are limited to the cost of merchandise only, we do not issue refunds for the price of shipping in any case.
Example: If a customer ordered a
protective equipment combo that included free ground shipping for
$279.99 and chooses to return the entire combo after 14 days, the
customer would be responsible for a restocking fee of 10% ($27.99) and the
base ground shipping charge of $14.99, resulting in a refund of $237.01.
If the customer returned the equipment within 14 days of receipt, only
a shipping charge of $14.99 would be deducted from the refund.

We will process your refund within 7 days of
receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
credit statement. Exchanges for other product or requests for store credit will
not be assessed a restocking fee.
Express Exchange:
Express service is available for a $5 fee. If upon receipt
of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the
express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus
shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges) and the $5 fee; then, when the
original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original
item. There are several costs to us for doing this...thus the $5 fee.
Clearance / Closeout Items:
Clearance or Closeout items can NOT be returned or
exchanged, and all sales are FINAL. All clearance or closeout items have limited
quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
All products
sold by HockeyMonkey.comŽ are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted)
with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if the items
seemed damaged or used please report this to us immediately. NO returns will be
accepted of used items! Please, when trying skates on, only wear them indoors on
carpet.
All tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with
returned items.

The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes of home country on all international orders. When delivered, the delivery person may require an additional payment or you may be billed. This is amount due is the duties and/or customs brokerage fee...this is NOT a shipping charge. Please check your local rules and regulations prior to ordering for the amount of these charges.
Due to restrictions set forth by the manufacturers, we are unable to ship
products from Bauer, Easton, Warrior, CCM and Reebok to destinations outside of
the United States. This restriction also prohibits the usage of Parcel
Forwarding Services to destinations outside of the United States.
