CCM Jetspeed FT475 Junior Hockey Shoulder Pads

New for the 2021 season are the CCM JetSpeed FT475 Shoulder Pads! These new lightweight pads have been optimized to provide a good range of movement while featuring new tech to help keep you safer from impacts.

Moving right into the construction of the Jetspeed FT475 Shoulder Pads, CCM is using a single layer front construction with PE foams. This low-profile design provides a good layer of protection while providing improved flexibility. This is paired up with JDP shoulder caps with molded PE plastic to provide solid protection while staying incredibly light.

Moving down the arm to the biceps, CCM used PE molded caps with length adjustment for a custom fit on the arm. In the torso, CCM incorporated a protective layer of PE, which provides reliable protection that remains surprisingly lightweight. This pad will have a high cut bottom front panel that delivers a great fit.

The Jetspeed FT475 Shoulder Pads have an anatomical molded PE sternum and Spine. This provides must have protection for these important areas. Up at the top, there is built in lightweight foam segmented clavicle protection.

New for the 2021 season are the CCM JetSpeed FT475 Shin Guards! These new lightweight pads have been optimized to provide a good range of movement while featuring new tech to help keep you safer from impacts.

The construction of the CCM Jetspeed FT475 Shin Guards has been redesigned with a new anatomical narrow fit design. This design offers a connected fit that does not feel bulky and offers lightweight mobile protection optimized for recreational level of play. It achieves this thanks to the shell construction and the new anatomical PE foam and a removeable liner. This removeable liner allows for easy maintenance as well as protection and ventilation.

Moving to the knees and shin caps of the CCM Jetspeed FT475 Shin Guards, CCM used optimized anatomical JDP kneecaps. This improved kneecap flex point offers more freedom of movement and helps to disperse impact force away from the knee. This is paired up with tough PE foam calf guards and plastic inserts, which offer lightweight but tough protection.

PE foams are used in the thigh area of the Jetspeed FT475 Shin Guards, for even more reliable protection. To hold everything in place, CCM used a nylon upper lock strap with a wide elastic calf strap for a customized fit.

New for the 2021 season are the CCM JetSpeed FT475 Elbow Pads! These new lightweight pads have been optimized to provide a good range of movement while featuring new tech to help keep you safer from impacts.

Moving right into the construction process, the CCM Jetspeed FT475 Elbow Pads use a two-piece design. The new design has a lightweight foam bicep pad that helps increase comfort and gives good coverage without slowing you down. The forearm is constructed of a molded PE cap insert to offer high level protection while helping achieve a great range of movement.

For the elbow cap, the Jetspeed FT475 Elbow Pads will have half exposed injected JDP caps. The JDP cap is designed to disperse impact force away from the elbow joint.

CCM also incorporated a three-strap system on the JetSpeed FT475 Elbow Pads. This strapping features nylon and elastic straps that allow for a better customizable fit.
