Sherwood Rekker Element 1 Junior Hockey Stick

Brand new for the 2021 season is the Sherwood Rekker Element 1 Junior Ice Hockey Stick. Built for lightning quick shots that you don’t see coming, the Rekker Element 1 is the ultimate stick for the sniper.

For the construction of the Rekker Element 1 Sherwood is using their Blackline XXV Carbon Fiber for the shaft and the blade. This lightweight carbon weave has over 25,000 filaments creating better stability and less torsional flex. The proprietary weaving of this material is known as Featherlite XT Technology. It uses thinner fibers, allowing them to be lighter, tighter, and respond quicker during stickhandling and shooting. This also allows the stick to remain lightweight while maintaining a high level of durability.

Along with the Blackline weave, the Rekker Element 1 has a reinforced single wall carbon nano tube. This is a new manufacturing process that reinforces high impact areas while reducing the overall weight of the stick. This make is extremely durable while still being the lightest stick Sherwood has ever made.

New for the Rekker Element 1 is the R-Fire kick point. This all new low kickpoint provides a lightning-fast release to allow you to snipe from any spot on the ice.

With their spear shaft technology, the Rekker Element 1 offers superior feel when stick handling and shooting. It extends through the heel of the blade and will give you an overall more consistent flex profile. Rounding out the shaft, The Element 1 will have textured grip and spray grip coating that will allow players hands to lock into place for a stronger handle on your stick.

Down in the blade, The Rekker Element 1 has improved upon their VRF blade with the VRF X. Taking the original VRF blade to the next level, the X will be their most durable blade ever thanks to a carbon stringer reinforcement around the toe of the blade. This blade will help ensure your shots go exactly where you want them to, when you want them to.
