Details

The new 11K helmet is designed with overall safety as a top priority. Five specific criteria were looked at with the design team as guidelines to a holistic approach in designing our best helmet ever. First, the helmet absorbs the scary high impact hits as well as it does with the more frequent, less intense hits that can be just as damaging over time. Fit is just as important as impact, the new 11K adjusts 360° to your uniquely shaped head and will not pop off when locked in place. And finally, the 11K is Reebok's lightest helmet without sacrificing fit or impact absorption.

11K Helmet Features:
  • 5-POINT SAFETY SYSTEM - The 5-Point Safety System is our pledge to safety as our priority. Reebok has identified 5 features that make a helmet safe to which they have designed and built their product accordingly
  • FLOATING LINER - The EPP flexible liners oscillate to contour to the unique shape of your head while the Comfort Cushions provide a superb, soft and snug fit
  • MICRODIALT II - When fully adjusted, the Microdial II helps pull the helmet into a safe position on your head while alleviating pressure points and locking it snugly in place

  • Features:
  • NEW REEBOK SHELL - Next generation aerodynamic shell with ventilation designed for a low-profile fit
  • EPP FLOATING LINER - EPP Flexible liner with comfort cushions contours to the unique shape of your head
  • MICRODIAL II - Permits 360 degree wrap and vertical adjustment to alleviate pressure points and hold helmet firmly in place
  • SUBSHELLS - Using carbon fiber technology that revolutionized the stick market, Reebok designed a lightweight helmet without sacrificing protection
  • FIT CLIPS - Permits easy tool-less length adjustment
  • Player Profile For the Elite player whose main focus is head safety, the 11K focuses on fit in addition to providing protection from both low-energy impacts to high-energy collisions

    Product Questions

The color chart for the Reebok 11k helmet has a MAR/SFL color. When I add the helmet to my shopping cart the only maroon color is maroon and silver. What is the secondary color of this helmet? Is it silver or does the SFL stand for something else?

    Great Helmet!

I purchased this because it was a great value being on clearance and am totally glad I did. The helmet fits great and is super light. I haven't played in over 10 years, so I'm still dealing with all the changes in technology, but this is the seems like it's going to be the best helmet I've ever had. I strongly recommend this product.

    Exema on the head

After one month of constant using (more than 3-4 games a week) I had an exema in red colour on my brow and above of temples. In these places on this helmet is hel pad, how you can concince on photos. And it is only in front part of my head, because I can`t see in the mirror what I have in the back of my head! Before this I used other helmet (now it is already old model) where in these places was the pad with similar material, but in 7-8 years of using on my head wasn`t anything like an exema! So I think that the reason of this is in the material of the pad in the front of helmet.
P.S. MicroDial-II is really good system.

    Nice helmet

The helmet is nice but huge, I mean it's just big in dimensions. It has great protection, but really lacks looks. And its pretty tough, though it does like to change its size by itself quite easily.

Over all it's a great helmet that can take big hits, but remains lightweight. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because it looks ugly.

Adjuster is a piece of junk

The helmet is a good helmet. But the adjuster wheel is a piece of junk.. If you can't fix it at the rink with a screw driver don't buy it.

    Reebok Microdial II broken

This helmet was an expensive disappointment. I wore the helmet about 6 times and it would not maintain the fit. After a couple of periods it would loosen. This was the fault of the mircodial II adjusted. But the worst was yet to come. When I tried to tighten the fit the microdial II system broke and wheel turned freely and wouldn't tighten. The problem is poor (probably cheap design which is inexcusable on a $169 helmet). The wheel gear that tightens and loosens the strap should have been one molded piece. Instead this assembly is two pieces a wheel with pins that slot into a second piece a plate with gear. The pins are weak and snapped off. I contacted Reebok customer service with a video and they never responded. I have a Smith ski helmet with the same type of mechanism and I have skied two years with the Smith helmet and it still works perfectly. I have used Bauer mainly and an Easton helmet without any problems. Avoid this product unless you don't value your money and want to throw away $169. Bauer is easily more comfortable and designed in a way that breakage is not an issue. I have use a Bauer helmet for over a decade and it never broke. Reebok only warranties the microdial for 90 days What does that tell you.

    Never again

I've been using this helmet for over a year now and I play 2-3 games a week. The MicroDial was a great idea and it allowed the helmet to fit around my head quite snug.

Here is the problem, after a little while of using it on the ice, the MicroDial system would come loose. I kept tightening it. Eventually the MicroDial broke and now it just keeps loosening. It is no longer a nice fit around my head and now I can't tighten it again.

    Micro Dial a failure

This is the third Reebok helmut that has failed. Inexcusable at top end price. We will be switching back to Bauer or Easton.

    Fits great and super comfortable

I've had this thing for months and haven't had a single hit to the head give me that squeezing, aching feeling. It's super light, and fits really well, especially considering my head is not exactly shaped perfectly. I never expected to find a helmet that would fit this well. Fitting is easy and quick, and takes no extra equipment (just adjust the wheel and snap the sides). I don't understand these other reviews having trouble fitting it, because it's about as simple as could be possible. Breathes well, too, so it's been nice having my head sweat less. Can't say enough good things about this helmet.

    Worth the money

I wear this helmet when i referee 5-10 games a week. It's nice and light. Has great ventilation and the adjuster dial at the back is great because i can adjust the comfort as my head expands while I'm on the fly. I've had mine about 7 months now and agree that it's been well worth extra the money.
