Comfortable, but wouldn't recommend

Bought these gloves a year and a half ago. Very comfortable gloves that fit nicely and felt good. Easy to take care of and to clean.

However, I would not recommend them to anyone. The zipper technology is nice in theory, but at least twice during the game I had it start coming undone on me forcing me to have to completely unzipper and rezipper the glove while on the bench.

While this is a minor inconvenience I had a secondary issue that keeps me from recommending the glove at all. While playing in a game, at some point I took a light slash to the wrist (as happens in hockey). This slash however managed to break the plastic zipper piece on the glove. Because of this the zipper is no longer able to lock in place and will continuously unzip itself during play.

So while the interchangeable palm is nice in theory, the durability of such a key piece of the equipment makes it impossible to recommend

Zipper Broke After 10 uses

The zipper on one of the gloves broke (irreparable) after about 10 uses in recreational men's league (non-contact). Because I bought them in the spring on sale, was outside 90 day warranty and would not be replaced or fixed by TRUE. As such, I would be VERY cautious purchasing a pair of these given my poor experience (especially if you play in contact hockey).

Solid Buy

Purchased these gloves about 5 months ago. I am a 2 time a week mens league player. The feel in the palms is awesome. Weight could use a little work, but the level of protection is great.

Show a little palm wear, but no tearing in the fingers which puts them well above the warrior product I had previously.

I like this product a lot.

Not great

I played one beer league game and all of the logo threads came loose. Gloves feel bulking and heavy. Hopefully the next iteration fixes these issues. I’m a big fan of True, but I think they dropped the ball on these.

Pricey but much better then more expensive gloves

These gloves were broke in right out of the box. they dont breathe the greatest but at the same time i havent had a new pair of gloves in about 6 years and i barely had any palm left so it might just be normal

the palms are very easy to interchange - i purchased the zgrip palms which i liked very much - very good grip

my one concern prior to buying was the potential of the zipper rubbing on my finger tips but you dont even notice its there

you can find cheaper gloves but any i have tried on at stores were WAY stiffer then these gloves.

highly recommend these gloves

Recent Purchase

I received my gloves and after only two games the stitching in the index finger came undone.
I am a senior and not ruff at all on my equipment so I was shocked to see this defect showing poor workmanship and quality.
