Operations Update for February 2nd, 2023

February 2nd - 11:00 AM Central:

Weather conditions in the Dallas region have improved allowing our fulfillment center to reopen. We will resume normal fulfillment operations today in order to process all outstanding orders. We have been informed by our shipping carrier that they will only accept a portion of our shipments due to capacity handling restrictions at their processing center. As a result, all pending expedited orders (One Day & Two Day) will be the first orders shipped out. Orders shipped via Standard shipping will be shipped according to the date the order was placed as our carriers' package intake capacity allows.

Our Customer Support telephone lines will remain closed through today but will fully reopen tomorrow. Customer Support is operating remotely in a reduced capacity, responding to messages and voice mails. The weather has made local travel unsafe for our employees and the employees of our shipping carrier. We anticipate resuming normal fulfillment operations on Thursday, February 2nd.

Some shipments were accepted by our shipping carrier on Friday afternoon and more are expected throughout the weekend. All outstanding approved orders will be processed over the weekend and shipped on Monday.

We have received confirmation from our shipping carrier that they will resume accepting shipments on Monday, February 22nd. All outstanding approved orders placed since February 12th will ship out on Monday. Orders placed today using Two Day or Next Day Shipping will not ship until Monday.
