Tongue: An all-new ADPT Elite tongue is a revolutionary lightweight design engineered for ultimate performance. An optimal forward flexion maximizes energy transfers on every stride, while pro-favored, proven CCM lacebite technology helps protect the top of the foot.
Interior
Ankle Padding & Comfort: Direct-Ice ankle pads are engineered for the elite skater; a new, super-responsive and slim design to revolutionize performance. Feel every subtle movement and react instantly as Direct-Ice pads ensure every powerful stride translates directly into unmatched acceleration and agility.
Liner: The Vizion features a Totaldri Pro moisture wicking liner to keep feet dry and the skate lightweight. The liner is treated with Polygiene antimicrobial materials to fight odor and bacteria. Responsive foam backings throughout the skate hug the feet for supreme comfort.
Footbed: The all-new CCM Pro Pulse insole is engineered to enhance on-ice performance by delivering explosive power, unmatched stability and custom comfort.
Holder/Runner
Holder: The SpeedBlade XS holder is a quick-release holder and blade lock system featuring an improved dial for easier grip and quicker runner change on the fly. A pro-inspired oversized holder generates a smoother, effortless glide in each stride.
Runner: The Vizion will feature Step Blacksteel (+4mm), Step Steel’s highest quality steel with a carbon coat for superior edge hardness, exceptional glide and increased skating speed.
Fitting: To ensure your skates fit properly, push your toes forward against the toe cap, and check the gap between your ankle and the skate's boot with your fingertip. Ideally, your skates should hug each side of the foot without creating painful pressure points or leaving too much space between the foot and the liner.
Youth & Junior Skates: If needed, skates a half-size up can offer growing players some additional room-to-grow, but further up-sizing is not recommended. Fitting skates with too much room in the boot will not support the players ankles and feet as designed, leading to painful blistering and greatly increasing the risk of ankle injury.
