For the first time ever, CCM introduces the CCM Jetspeed FTW Women’s Senior Hockey Gloves, the first gloves designed specifically with women in mind.
Adapted for women’s hand proportions, the Jetspeed FTW offers a lightweight and breathable tapered fit with pro level protection. The women’s specific design will be narrower with longer fingers in comparison to the original Jetspeed line to offer comfort, a close to the hand fit and elite level protection without compromise. A short, pre-angled open cuff offers enhanced range of motion for the wrist and protection.
The backhand of the glove will feature an Aer-Tec ventilation system with 2 ventilated ports on the back of the hand for optimal airflow. This combined with a pro-level PE foam and high density PE Foam/inserts will offer elite level protection.
The fingers will feature pro-level high-density PE foam with PE inserts and PU foam cushioning, offering a lightweight design with high levels of protection. A three-piece index finger design offers maximum dexterity. A 2-piece Pro Flexthumb design offers better mobility and grip, while ventilated mesh on the back of the thumb adds airflow for when you really need it.
Over to the palm, a Sensalast palm design is reinforced with an embossed texture and treated with Polygiene Odorcrunch to offer a soft feel that seamlessly transitions from the palm to the cuff both inside and outside the glove offering a pro-feel allowing for high caliber durability and grip and ultimate stickhandling.
Finally, an Aer-Tec suspension system mesh liner is found inside treated with Polygiene Odorcrunch to offer maximal airflow and enhanced antibacterial and odor fighting treatments to keep the gloves feeling fresh use after use.

A precise hockey glove fit is important to provide ultimate hand protection and a comfortable grip. If you choose a glove that’s too small, you risk exposing your forearm between the cuff of the glove and your elbow pad, as well as potentially allowing your fingers to extend past the protective surface on the top of the glove. This increases the chance of injury if you are hit by a stray puck or slashed at with a stick. If you choose a glove that is too big, the joints in your fingers may not align with the splits in the glove finger stalls that promote flex as you grip the stick.
Start by measuring the distance between the base of your palm and the top of your middle finger, then take that number and double it. This will give you accurate, proper hockey glove sizing. For example, if your measurement is 7”, you should purchase 14” hockey gloves. If you measure 7.5”, look for size 15 hockey gloves.
