First Look: CCM AS3 Pro Hockey Skates

CCM is excited to bring to you the latest iteration of their popular Super Tacks line with the introduction of the AS3 Pro Skates! With the integration of their one-piece boot construction, the newest Super Tacks line is the most advanced to date! Let’s take a quick look at some of the details.

Like their predecessors, the AS3 Pro skates feature that same all-around, anatomical fit that you’re familiar with if you’ve used any of the previous models. The one-piece Monoframe boot construction forms to the natural shape of your foot to help eliminate any negative space. The result is improved energy transfer and a closer fit for faster feet!

CCM took customization of retail skates to a different level with the AS3 Pro Skates. They have incorporated what is known as the XS Tongue. The now removable tongue takes comfort and protection to a whole new level. Players can now swap out the “Stock” 7mm tongue for a slimmer 4mm tongue, or a beefier 10mm tongue, in a matter of seconds thanks to the sturdy and seamless 2-pin clipping system!

Last but not least, the AS3 Pro Skates come equipped with CCM’s SpeedBlade XS holders and XS1 Black runners. This system allows players to quickly swap out blades and the XS1 runners are 2mm taller than stock runners allowing players to turn sharper and accelerate faster!
