The line has a classic fit profile, which means that you'll feel like there is more volume on the inside than what you would experience in either of the Supreme or Vapor series skates.
The Nexus 600 uses variable stiffness compression molded EVA in the quarter of the boot, which strategically provides a blend of support zones and responsive flexion zones. This construction is also heat moldable, which will help enhance fit. The outermost layer of the skate quarter is a nice lightweight and durable performance nylon. Heel support is provided by a combination of a patented pro-integrated system along with generous anatomical foam ankle pads that make the skates very comfortable right out of the box.
Bauer uses an anatomical two-piece white felt design for the tongue, with added lace bite and shot blocking protection from the molded metatarsal guard. The boot is mounted on a full composite outsole which provides a nice rigid, yet responsive, platform.
