Bauer Re-Akt Hockey Helmet

A few months back we invited Carolyn Steele, the Senior Brand Manager of Head Safety for Bauer Hockey, to our headquarters in North Texas. With Carolyn, we were excited to discuss some of the features found within Bauer’s new Re-Akt 150 Ice Hockey Helmet! With that said, lets take a look at some of those features that make this helmet Bauer’s most advanced to date.

The standout feature found within the Re-Akt 150 Helmet is the brand-new FreeForm Adjustment System. With fully independent length and width adjustment, you get a more personalized fit than ever before. Simply unhinge the two tabs on each side of the back of the helmet and adjust up to 18 millimeters wider. This is 250% more adjustment than any other Bauer helmet to date!

The Re-Akt 150 Helmet is also packed with advanced protection features, too. The layered construction of IX and XRD foams protects against both high and low energy impacts. Enhancing that is the highly lightweight VTX foam that provides great all-around protection as well.
